Q: Do you provide official NAATI certification on documents?
A: Yes, translated documents requiring NAATI certification will be stamped and certified with my official NAATI stamp, along with a copy of the original document indicating the source of the translation.

Q: Can you provide hard and soft copies of translated documents?
A: Yes, I provide hard and soft/electronic copies as required. Soft/electronic copies can be emailed to you in PDF format. Hard copies can be posted to you for a fee using regular or express post, or they can be picked up in person if you are in Melbourne.

Q: How do I provide original documents to you for translation?
A: You can scan the documents and email them to me. If they require NAATI certification, I will add my NAATI certification stamp and signature to a copy of the original document to indicate that it was used as the source for translation.

Q: What payment options are available?
A: I usually accept payment by bank transfer but if you require other payment options please get in contact to discuss with me.

Q: How quickly can you provide completed translations?
A: This depends on the number and type of documents you have for translation. Standard identity documents can usually be completed within a couple of days of receiving the originals and payment, but please get in touch to confirm. It may be possible to provide an express services in some cases.
